Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all digital products, services and online courses purchased from WebGlob.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
Most of our products are digital and are delivered online (recorded video courses, templates, documents, tools, etc.). Once access has been granted, the content can be viewed or downloaded immediately.
For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Technical Issues
If you face any technical issue such as successful payment but no access, broken link, or incorrect email, please contact us with your payment details:

We will try our best to resolve the problem by restoring access. If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time due to our fault, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If due to a technical or network issue multiple payments are made for the same order, any extra payment identified in Razorpay / bank records will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
4. Custom Services
For custom services such as website development, consulting or managed marketing, payments are usually milestone-based. Refund terms for such services may be defined separately in the proposal or service agreement shared with you.
5. Refund Timeline and Mode
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated to the same payment method used for purchase.
- Banks and payment gateways may take 5–7 working days or more to reflect the amount.
- Any gateway charges or taxes may be non-refundable, depending on Razorpay and bank policies.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (where applicable), please email us with:
- Your full name
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID / payment screenshot
- Reason for the refund request
